The Strength & Conditioning Kickstarter plan includes a four week scheduled training program, which will help you to kick start your strength training. It's suitable for all genders and all levels; however, some basic weightlifting skills are required to complete the plan safely. I designed the Strength & Conditioning plan for people who aim to increase their strength and improve physical performance. The program consists of a 4-week cycle, including 12 progressive workouts, three sessions each week. The load and volume are manipulated each week to create various stimuli in the body, which will enforce continuous adaptation and progression.
