The RACING PRO Training Plan was designed to introduce the strength and conditioning training style required to excel in multi-skill fitness events such as Hyrox, Turf Games, CrossFit Games, and various obstacle course races, including Spartan Race. Each week you'll be presented with five workouts. These workouts are structured and progressive and have a full-body approach, heavily relying on compound movements and cardio exercises. The training sessions contain strength, power, cardio and skill-based exercises. Besides stimulating the neuromuscular system, we aim to improve all three (ATP/PC, Glycolytic and Aerobic) energy systems.
