After a thorough assessment of your physical condition, I formulate a completely bespoke training programme, which is then handed over to you for completion. Yet, the process doesn't conclude there. A crucial element of any online coaching programme involves ongoing communication between the parties, fostering accountability, offering support, and striving for optimal results in the most efficient timeframe.
This is how it works
Once you sign up, you will be asked to complete the consultation form and fill out the physical activity readiness questionnaire. I will review these documents and begin developing your personalised programme. You will receive your bespoke plan together with some handy training tips. Finally, we will schedule your first online meeting to get started.
