What is online training?

Online training is a distinctive platform that allows clients and trainers to collaborate, even when separated by vast distances. After a thorough assessment of your physical condition, I formulate a completely bespoke training programme, which is then handed over to you for completion. Yet, the process doesn't conclude there. A crucial element of any online coaching programme involves ongoing communication between the parties, fostering accountability, offering support, and striving for optimal results in the most efficient timeframe.

This is how it works

Once you sign up, you will be asked to complete the consultation form and fill out the physical activity readiness questionnaire. I will review these documents and begin developing your personalised programme. You will receive your bespoke plan together with some handy training tips. Finally, we will schedule your first online meeting to get started.

​We'll kick off with a 30-minute video consultation to discuss your goals and assess your physical condition. You'll receive a structured and progressive training plan with detailed workouts, including clear guidance on sets, repetitions, tempo, and rest periods. You'll benefit from ongoing online support with weekly check-ins, which include progress tracking, movement analysis, and personalized feedback to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.
